Between your Company and legal firm “Legal Consulting Group” conclude a treaty on individual legal services for not less than 1 year period. Payment is made monthly on the established scale of charges and depends on quantity of consultations, inquiries, participation in negotiations - a package of given services. Answers to inquiries can be given as in oral, and the written form.
Long Term Legal Services - under such arrangements contracts are offered for longer term. Such an arrangement is very convenient for clients, as it includes legal services when needed with drafting supplementary contracts (orders), including details of the task, cost of services and terms of execution.
Single legal services – providing legal services on various legal issues on the basis of single contracts on legal service.
Cost of services is estimated both in the fixed form, and in the hourly pay. The fixed cost is determining according to volume, terms and a degree of complexity of planned works.
